Below are a few swim sessions for those training in public swim sessions.

The sessions are all of a distance that should be possible in 1 hour for a moderate swimmer. If you swim faster or slower or have less time, just alter the number or length of reps. There are session covering endurance, strength (force), speed and technique.

NB. You may not be allowed to use paddles in public swim sessions.
