Here you’ll find our weekly run session. Remember the session is only a guide so feel free to adapt it for the area you’re training in or your level of fitness or the time you have available. And don’t forget to do a proper warm up and cool down – this will help prevent you getting injured, and now is really not a good time to get injured!
