Even though all Club sessions are off for now, there’s no reason to stop training – exercise is important to keep you healthy and sane!

Every week we will be publishing a run and turbo session and giving you links to other exercise sessions you can do at home. Charlotte will be putting the sessions on our Facebook page or you can find them on the ‘Turbo‘, ‘Run‘ or ‘Other‘ sections of this page.

Finally, please remember that the most important thing is to stay safe and follow the official instructions as they are published. At present, this means you can go out to exercise but should only be in contact with those in your family-group and at least 2metres from anyone else. In addition you cannot travel by car to your place of exercise so, if you’re heading outside your session needs to start at your house.
